Here in North India, we are celebrating Festival of Lights i.e. Diwali. This is one of the biggest celebrations here in North India.

Company owned Support Center in New Delhi provides LiveChat and Phone Support. These services will be slowed down from Nov. 1, 2005 (6 PM IST) to Nov. 3 (6 PM IST). IST is + 5.5 GMT. Services from US will remain unaffected.

Billing and Sales will remain available for most part on LiveChat. Technical Support will be better served through our Ticket Support System. We recommend using LiveChat only in extreme emergency. Ticket Support is available through following links:

My team serves you year around. Only during Diwali some of our team takes time off to celebrate with their families. They need your support.

I'd like to stress on the fact that our ability to provide LiveChat support will be extremely limited due to a shortage of staff on these days. We will certainly be staffed in New Delhi 24x7, but the number of people on shift would be insufficient to handle tickets/chats at the same response times that we normally do. We will be prioritizing issues.

If you try contacting us via LiveChat, please do not be suprised if you have to wait in a queue. It may be extremely difficult for us to pick up your session. For all practical purposes, please restrict all your support queries to Tickets during this period
