We at JodoHost have charted out a plan to recover from the current DNS crisis we are facing and bringing back all domains to 100% reliability
In the meantime, we have isolated the issue that is causing reseller control panels and domains to go offline for brief periods of time. The issue is with the unique IP addresses that we give to ns1 and ns2 for our resellers. These IP addresses somehow get unbinded from the network card and thus all domains pointing to your name servers can't be served.
We request all resellers to visit their domain registrar and temporarily change their name server IPs to the ones that you'll be receiving shortly in an email from us
