The server at www.mysite.com is taking too long to respond.

I have a server on web7.jodoshared.com on which I have installed vBulletin.
I'm working on the site adding the forums, there's no body on my site. I have just a few days with the site.
It appears randomly, not very often, but I would expect this error should not appear at all since the lack of traffic.
Why am I getting this errors ?

what is your domain? checked web7 and appears to be fine.

I am testing your site now(tanmaya gave me the URL) it is opening very fast all the time.

Let me clarify a little:

The site actually opens very fast.
It is just randomly that I get the "The server at www.mysite.com is taking too long to respond." messages.

I have been visiting it randomly and didnt notice the error yet.
