There is not on-line support again

I'm trying to get on-line support for the last half hour and support led is always red

that may happnes during shift change ( during logoff and login process) for a short while , now support are on-line, please come online and ask for your query,

I know live support is handy, but we do also have other support methods, you can submit a ticket as well.

The Live Chat is manned most of the time, but sometimes there are shift changes, tech busy on phone, etc. Just wait 30 min to an hour and check back, or submit a ticket.
