Ticket History Disappearing

I noticed last night when I logged in to the Reseller Desk that all of my contact info had been changed to someone else's information. No big deal, I thought. I would just update it and move on.

I then entered a ticket to have a domain run under ASP.NET 2.0. That ticket just disappeared, as have all of my other closed tickets. I entered another ticket in today for the same issue as last night. It has still not appeared in the Open Ticket list, after waiting a sufficient amount of time.

Any ideas on what may be the issue here?

Hello,

Can you give me a ticket ID maybe that you got a email confirmation for, so that I can research this?
 
Here's an idea. Maybe my account was updated with someone else's information by mistake. If the email was updated to the wrong address, that would explain my lack of email confirmation. Just a thought.

Is that your Administrative account username or your username you use to login to Jodo's CP? When I first started I was signing in with my administrative account instead of the other and would let me enter a ticket but never appeared or saw an email.

Bingo!

For some reason Firefox was pre-populating the login fields with the wrong set of credentials and I just went with it. When I double checked the login I noticed it was the wrong one.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious and making me feel about this _ tall. :D
