Ticket not showing up on Open Ticket list

I sent in a ticket over 1.5 hours ago with a follow-up message about 30 minutes later, but ticket does not show up on Open Ticket History list. Since there's been no reply to the ticket, the follow up and not on the list, I don't know if it's been recieved and been worked on or not.

Getting very frequent "Service Unavailable" messages which is making site rather frustrating to use.

Well, it's about 9 hours later. No one has acknowledged this post, and still, almost 11 hours later, no response to my ticket or its follow up. I still have no idea if anyone has received my ticket, and the site is still getting intermittent "Service Unavailable" messages.

Whatever happened to one-hour response times?
