Ticket Question

Why, if I reply to a ticket by email, are the results not recorded in HSPHERE? If this is how it works, then does this matter? ie - can any support staff see the whole record of the discussion if they need to? Is it better to just reply though the control panel?
 
It is not recorded if you reply by email. I do urge customers to use the in-built ticket system to open and reply to tickets. A record is not only kept for you, it makes it easier for us to diagnose your problems because we have all the information about your account at our fingertips.
