Ticket Reply - No Recieved

Hi,

I submitted ticket GNR-58327-628 a while ago regarding removing the email limit from one of my accounts/sites.

I just checked the ticket and its 'closed'

Should I have recieved notification of this? - I got no email etc

So I dont know if its ok to do a mail shot yet or not!

Your domain is addded to ignore list and mail restriction has been waived off for that domain. Ranjan did replied to your ticket.

Current ticket status: Resolved

Please check it by logging in the Cerberus helpdesk.

I did not recieve a comfirmation that the changes had been applied. Should I have done? - other that the old ticket list saying 'resolved'

My email address is on your servers and all other mail appears to get through all Ok

When we reply the ticket, customers gets that reply by email also. I see no mail issue at our end, since we also get a copy of each ticket replied by email. If you think there is a problem in your mails, kindly create a ticket for that.

Got the pm fine - and the email notification re the forum post but nothing from the ticket system.
