ticket response times

Hello,

I wrote a response to an ticket ZNI-17058-813 about two hours ago and still have not heard back. Especially busy today?

you were actually replied in a matter of minutes, and for some reason your reply did not take it out of "awating reply" status so we could not see it as an active ticket. I am changing that and checking now.

However the domain is working perfectly for me :)

Thank you for the assistance with that ticket.

I have one other I think that got lost as well LQV-74702-695.

This customer has had a rough time converting from his previous company. I was first told he should be on windows server and then after a number of conversation the different technicians they decided the customer should be on a linux server. So he is now. He is trying to run this perl script that he had running successfully at the other company when there server was up that is. I have a link in my reply if you could give me some insight it would be greatly appreciated.
