ticket system is working fine?

I'm creating tickets (sending mails or from resellerdeskxxxxx web) and these are not in my open ticket list and I'm not receiving mail notification about it.

Anybody has the same issue?
 
I'm not receiving ticket notification, ... I'm trying contact with chat support and I couldn't in 25 minutes, and I'm waiting,... my customer is not receiving mails and I can not see any issue in the forum and I can not contact with support
