Ticket turn around time?

Submitted a ticket for a database backup/restore this morning but haven't heard anything on it. Email stated "Expected Response Time: 1 hour(s)".

Ticket: ELZ-93537-409

Any idea when I can expect a response and action?

Not an emergency, but I'd like to get a new site online today, and can't move forward until this is completed.

Sorry but due to the upgrades we have an extremely high ticket load, chat load, phone load etc.

We are basing priority on the site down, php errors, asp.net errors etc.

The good news is the vast majority of the problems are now fixed and we will be able to clear the tickets and get back in normal shape soon.
About to post 2 more servers online in hsphere :)
 
Shortly after I posted this I received a response to the ticket, but there are still issues. I can't see the database with either of the SQL logins I created.

I've responded to the ticket and hope to get a response/resolution soon.

This happens sometimes, we have to delete and readd a user for msdb to recognize it, it depends on it the database as one bak form here edited and restore,or a totally different server.
 
Disregard. Things seem to be working.

However, I'm not thrilled about having to use YET ANOTHER 3rd party tool to connect to the SQL server/database when I already have SQL Management Studio.
