Ticket 'unassigned' and unanswered for hours

I have not received an answer for My ticket: LRV-73562-421 for four hours or more

What happens
 
Hello

I updated my ticket yesterday and I have not received an answer again. I suspect that *one* of these three options is true:

1) You do not care to answer
2) It is something very difficult for you to solve and you are taking your time
3) Your ticket system is not working properly

I prefer to believe that option 3) is what is happening here, so please review your system and answer my ticket

Now thats funny - cos I had the same problem with a ticket yesterday - didn't get any reply via email though the query/action request WAS dealt with OK
 
Will work on checking the cerberus email config here today, as we need emails to go out or people think we don't answer.
 
If you are not getting a response to the ticket via email, check the status in the helpdesk. It is highly unusual for a ticket to go unanswered for as long as 4 hours as most of you know.

I have not seen issues with ticket email receipts but I'm checking it out too
