ticketing system

Hi There...

sorry to not use the ticketing system for this...

i would but my problem is that the ticketing system doesn't seem to remember my tickets!!?!?!

i even added a ticket saying that the tickets don't work but it dissapeared too...

is anyone else having this problem?
