Tickets disappearing

I created two support tickets in the reseller support system this morning. Both were there for about 45 mins and then disappered from the system. I have major issues with my email systems and account backup at the moment - email is not coming through and account backups are not working (or is archive creation in web shell). It is very flustrating to raise a ticket about a big problem and then find that it is deleted just when it should have been dealt with.

Does anyone know what is going on? Is someone having a joke within the support department?

Can you please confirm if you created them with your reseller username ( not reseller admin or end user login). Also please provide me with the ticket#.
