Should i open a ticket about it

Tickets seem to be getting bounced back as well shared ssl seems to be down for me.

The cerberus key has once again expired, we have paid (we do so monthly), they seem to have a major reoccuring problem with this, it is the SECOND time now, we have a post intheir forums about this issue.
