If I post a ticket from the new control panel, should I expect an email acknowledgement? I ask because I created a ticket (I think) from the new control panel on win1 and didn't get an email. As a result, I'm not sure the ticket actually got created...
My sites were moved to win1 today and I need .NET to have write permission for a specific folder in each domain.

When I posted a ticket on win1 the other day I got an email. However, I still never got a response to the ticket. They said they can't fine it. But I got the email. :)

Your ticket is still open riley because you didn't ask any question. You passed on some information so the ticket was left open so all our administrators could read and not do what you asked. Anyway, Support just responded.

brawney, I still haven't been able to find your ticket. Someone probably closed it by mistake. Please reopen your ticket

I just figured out what I did wrong; I clicked the Upload button instead of the Submit button...(must have been sleeping when I did that). Hence, I got no email and it doesn't show up anywhere.

I just opened a ticket (using the right button this time) with the same request information regarding permissions for folders. This time I got an email.

Thanks Yash
