the tickets are there to confirm that timezone functionality is not available and to find when new date settings by the reseller kick-in.

Any news on when date formatting will work? Changing the date format in Look And Feel > Regional options does NOT work.

I urgently need to change the date format in customer billing from mm/dd/yy format to dd/mm/yy format.

I have changed the settings as follows:
Short date format: dd/MM/yy
Medium date format: dd-MMM-yyyy
Long date format: d MMMM, yyyy
Full date format: EEEE, d MMMM, yyyy
But customers' statements still show dates incorrectly, eg:

Monthly fee for Unix Basic plan (3/3/06 - 4/3/06)

Customers interpret this as 03-Mar-2006 thru 04-Mar-2006 - a period of one day instead of one month.
