Timeout when adding a new domain

At this time I'm trying to add a new domain to current account.
After I get the screen with the "continue" button the system hangs out for a while, then, when it comes back I just get an error about the "domain could not be added and support has been notified".
I've received these in the past, but mostly I was able to add the domain on the second try.
What does this error mean ?
