Transfer domain away from me

My client is moving there domain from me. I need to change the nameservers to point at the new ipaddresses.

How do I do this through either my reseller account or their account?

I have done this through hosting companies loads of times before but do not seem to be able to do this here! Highly frustrating X( !

It is a .co.uk account if that helps?
 
they must simply change the name servers of their domain at their domain registrar to their new host.
Is the domain registered through our system?
 
It is a .co.uk so it is not registered through us, we don't support that extension to purchase :)

You will need to go through the registrar where the domain was registered,
