Transfer domain name to Cust: How do I?

Customer wants me to transfer ownership of wildcatbullets.com
to him.

Can this be done at the Jodo site?

I go to the Jodo Resellers transfer page (Please fix Google AutoFill - dyslexics like myself need it ) and it won't accept any of my login in accounts. It doesn't recognize my email addr. ?( X(

I haven't exactly figured out how to log into Jodo. Seems I have 3 accounts, a master account under j0eSmith, a reseller account rickaWin and some other account ricka0.
 
You can't actually transfer ownership unless the domain was registered through us, you need to go through godaddy to do that.
 
Thx Stephen - Obvious once you point that out. Hopefully my dumb question will help someone in the future.
