transfer dominions between accounts

I have 2 accounts, an account has 40 dominions, I need to transfer 4 dominions to the other account (web+e-mail+configuracion).
help my

This will require deleting a domain in one CP and adding in another. If accounts are not on the same server, then even moving to another server.
