Trouble Ticket System

Hi

I do not want to use the trouble ticket system in hsphere but because the support center must be in every customer control panel, I do not have a choice really.

I know you can use the support selector 3rd party tool to direct users elsewhere... but is it possible to just have it so when a user submits a trouble ticket from their CP.. that a copy of the ticket is emailed to me so I can respond via email?

That is... anything submitted via a customer CP support center.. will just get emailed to me??(
