Trouble Tickets - Email Notification

Hi!

How do I setup up the administrative account so that I will receive an email when one of our customer's fills out a trouble report in their control panel?

Under Settings - Mail Settings, add an address under Ticket Copy.

All ticket emails will go to yourself, not us
