TT, from On Hold to Awaiting Reply

Hello,

Please, help me understand this...

Earlier on, I asked to put this Ticket "On Hold".(EMU-71288-480)

Now, I decided to keep at it...and added a new reply.
Yet, it's still showing On Hold, and I think it should be showing Awaiting-Reply...cause I re-opened it.

Is there a way to make sure it shows up for Support people as "Awaiting-Reply"?

Otherwise, how do I know it will not be forgotten there...if there is no warning it should be answered??...
