A long standing ticket which I update periodically has stopped being answered.
Essentially I requested a particular action be performed against a single domain many months ago. This was done, and when it needed to be done for another domain I simply replied to the original ticket with something like "Can you also do this for this domain xxxx.com".
This was working well except in the last few days I added another reply and this has remained unanswered.
Can you reply look at ticket:

and can whoever needs to be addressing it please?
