Unix3 issue

We are having to reboot it as it lost network activity, we have rebooted and the network is still down we are trying one more thing, then will be moving toward replacing the NIC
 
NIC still not working after our best effort on software, we are working to change the NIC now.
 
We have a new NIC now, but are still having some some issues with configuration, as it has all changed, I will give you more updates as I can.
 
All sites on shared IPs, FTP, MySQL, are back up, we are still working on the dedicated IPs right now.
 
All sites on dedicated IPs are back up now. There was an issue with the binding on the IPs, the script was not doing it properly, so what normally would have taken 20 seconds, took much longer.
