UNIX3 Outage (Web2\MySQl2)

We are dealing with a major system issue on Unix3. Both MYSQL2 and Web2 services are down on this server. We expect them to be up in 30 minutes.

We appologize for the issue and will do our level best to prevent something like this in the future
 
I appologize for this outage but thie issue is going to take another 60 minutes to resolve. Hopefully sooner.

There is a major kernel issue on the server where it continually goes into panic. Our linux admins are working on it and we have a person next to the server as well
 
Actually, we have identified the reason for the kernel panicking and we should have it resolved much sooner. Hopefully in under 30min
 
The issue was fixed 10min ago

We plan to migrate Mysql2 off this server next week. That would substantially reduce the issues this server is facing
