Anyone know how long it takes for AWStats to update itself? I would like to be able to update the stats on AWStats to be up-to-date whenever I want but it doesn't seem like the case here.
What is the scheduled update time? I turned AWStats on for one of my domains yesterday, but when I go to AWStats, it is empty (no records) and shows this message:
Last Update: Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page)
I have a domain hosted elsewhere that has awstats V6.4 Build 1.814 (Build 1.812 on JH).
There is an option within there to update the stats manually (next to the date drop down box at the top). Is that something that JH have disabled or a new feature of Build 1.814?
It is disabled, as it allows for CGI vulnerablilties to lurk in, there were some major hacks using the update now feature with awstats just a few months back.
