URGENT: how to move new customer from existing reseller?

how to move new customer from existing reseller?
New customer is currently hosted by another jodo reseller.
this means thier domain can't be added to my cp until it is deleted from thiers.

This customer is having difficulties with current host and was not given access to thier cp when they signed up, and therefore cannot delete the domain themselves.

I do not wish to explain to customer about being a reseller...any ideas?
 
I'll bet you can submit a ticket for the JodoHost staff to move the account for you. I would expect they'll need to contact the existing reseller to confirm that it's okay to do so!
