When I try to add a help desk ticket, I get the error:
Cannot conect to 64.187.106.71
I've been having issues with an account that uses urlMappings in the web.config. This was working on the site (fantasite.net) but today stopped working and now all existing links go to "page not found" instead of the right page. Trying to find out if a configuration change has disabled this. Thanks.
