User Email Warnings (Approaching resource limit)

I had a couple of users over their email quota recently and it seems the "Warning (Approaching resource limit)" emails are not being sent out. I had it set up so they would all go to my email address since I have multiple domains under one CP and generally manage all the user CPs as well. I would then forward this email to the end user. I can't seem to find the setting that is stopping these warning emails from being sent when a single email address is over the limit.

Also, what I would prefer is to receive a copy of any user warning but have it sent to the specific user with the email quota issue. Is this possible if my email is the only email on the CP user info?? Or are the warnings only sent to the CP owner, in this case me?

Thanks for the help!

They are sent only to CP owner as I recall, that is warnings, if the mailbox gets totally full, it is another story, even the senders will get the dreaded 'mailbox is full retry later' type bounce!

As for not sending out, there is a chance over the last few days that they may have been stopped due to the DB works we've had to do to get a few of the migrations to take, all but 2 of those are done now. Editing the DB is always a risky thing and we've been taking extra precautions with backups, and stopping the jobs that may edit the DB at the time we do maintenance on them for the moves to complete. They should be running again shortly IF that is the reason (and I am not 100% sure, this is not my thing normally)
