User is being created

Hi

I am unable to create a new trial hosting account with a specific domain. First time I tried it gave me an error, and sucesive attempts give me the message:

Error
user is being created

I opened a ticket but the supporter is totally lost I think. This is not the first time that the supporter (whose name I am not going to mention) is not able to solve any problem or does not understand the problem at all

The account does not appear as being under moderation, and of course it does not appear in the list of created users, obviously beacuse the process hasn't been completed. However the supporter seems to not understand that

Please help!
 
I just signed-up an account name resellersupport with domain Ar***e.net. I was able to moderate it successfully. Please delete this account and try again.
 
I deleted the account and tried to re create the account but I am still receiving the error. Please check the ticket #28486

You created an Unix account. I try to create a Windows account that is trial. Maybe one or both of those differences are creating the problem

P.S. Note the text "transfer_new_misc_domain" at the top of the window

If you want CF support, ensure the plan is created with "Cold Fusion servers" selected as its server group
