User signed up and gets a negative balance in H-Sphere

Can someone help me?

A user signed up with us and his H-Sphere balance went negative equal to the price of the plan that he chose.

We currently only accept PayPal. We have a business account with PayPal and his money did go through.

It wouldn't let him setup emails or anything, it said it failed to add a new resource and that he didn't have enough money in his balance.

When I checked his balance it was negative. I creditted his account so that it would equal 0 but I don't want to have to go through this every time a user signs up.

Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thank you.
 
Within your PayPal account, goto Profile and select 'Instant Notification Preferences'

Enter your return URL as http://cp.yourdomain.com/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.payment.PayPalServlet

When the user completes the paypal checkout, paypal will return the succesful transaction along with the ammount back to hSpehere. The customers account gets credited.

When they are returned, hSpehere doesn't appear to know what to do next so all the user sees it something along the lines of 'Your request completed succesfully' and they have to close the window down or login to the CP again.
