We are a small auction site looking for more reasonable hosting (went on-line in October of 2005) . Our software has front-end and back-end support for the auctions. Our software provides the gateway for our Merchant Account. I have read many of the threads on Merchant Accounts. To set-up our merchant account, must our merchant account also be listed in the Hsphere list? Our merchant account has a .pem file. Also, we have a dedicated SSL certificate. May we use that for our semi-dedicated by transferring it over to our new location? We purchased our SSL through godaddy.com. If we have problems in setting up/transferring our site, is support available for assistance? If so, what are the fees? Also, the com and dll's that we need to have reviewed, can this be accomplished prior to us closing down our site to make the transfer over to Jodohost.com? To verify our com and dll's, would you need the rest of our software on site to check it out or can they be checked independently?
