Using GoDaddy Email

I know I've asked this before but I can't find my notes.

My client wants to keep their email on Godaddy.

Do they:

1) Point the domain NS to Jodo and modify the DNS ( c record? ) so the email goes to Godday?
or
2) Do something on the Godaddy side to only send web traffic to Jodo?
