Hi..

Please help,

I cannot create VPS Account and at final step got error message as below :-

"Failed to create Account
hostentry.exclusivevps"

I need to setup this account very urgent.... ?(
 
Hi

We have actually run out of IPs on this server. We have just ordered more. Please wait for another 8 to 12 hours.

Each VPS account requires a dedicated IP address for its virtual ethernet
 
Try now, just assigned some IPs
Let me know how you like VPS. No one has reported their experience back to me till now so I'd love to hear :)
 
Hi..

Still Error, cannot create new account and error message as below :-

"Failed to create Account
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified"

Please update me when everything ready... :)
 
Hi..

VPS activated but cannot do anything, When I log in to control panel this message always be there:

"Info: You are unable to control your Virtual Private Server yet.."

According to the message, VPS will be ready after 30 Minits activated but after 3 hrs I login to Control Panel the message still there..so how long I have to wait? ?(
 
Sorry for all the delays in this. When we setup up VPS, we tested it and it was working. Something seems wrong with the perl setup scripts. PSOFT is looking into it
