Can someone point me to a "Linux VPS for dummies" manual?
I'm looking for info on how to set it up (mainly which hostname to use, FQDN or just hostname), where to find what in the VPS, what is activated, what not, what is different compared to a normal Linux system, etc, etc.
I'm sure PSoft and/or Jodohost have written a document about this, i just cannot find it.
