Vps?

I have a client that needs several VPS accounts. I know next to nothing about VPS and setting up VPS plans. I learned that I do need to start with a minimum disk usage limit of 450 MB.

I'm wondering if there is somewhere I can learn a bit more about VPS and Hsphere (as in how to properly set up VPS accounts and such). Any ideas?

I'm also wondering, if there is a 450 MB minimum - is all 450 MB available then to the client? Or something less?
