VPS3 - Down, working to bring back safe

We are working to bring VPS3 back up, as it went offline with the DOS, but we are making sure that the IP for the one VPS will not come back online.

There have been some issues on getting the VPS back up, but we should have it in the next 30 minutes, with the IPs that were involved in the DOS attack earlier blocked at the router level.
