I've a site down for more than 4 hours now, and the support is waiting for a senior admin to check it after trying for hours to solve it without any success. Is this acceptable to have a site down for all this time? and who knows when will it get up working again.
I explained in PM, for this site you were given warnings that it was suing extreme CPU for long periods, and after a number of warnings it had to be turned off. You have more complete reply via PM.
I hope the issue get solved because the warnings was regarding using a large access database (67MB), I upsized the database to MsSQL which I thought it resolved the problems.
