Warning (Approaching resource limit) Emails Missing

Hey Guys,

I had an email bounce to a client of mine on mail6 today and I went to investigate the cause and found his account was close to the limit. Usually I get a Warning (Approaching resource limit) when any email account gets close to the quota but I haven't gotten on since 1/10/11. I haven't made any changes, verified the settings in Hsphere, and checked my spam folders. Any idea why I didn't get this warning? Maybe an issue with coming migrations? Thanks!

We didn't stop sending them for migrations, tickets are a bit heavy right not so maybe forums are best for this as it is a bit lower priority :)

We'll have to check into it, but I know on cluster1 and 2, I have gotten the automatic notices and copies in recent days.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yeah, I was thinking I would subit a ticket as well. But I'll wait if we can look into here. I have never missed one of these emails so it was strange that I didn't get one for this account. Some things have been picked up recently by Google's spam filter (I'm forwarding there) but I didn't find it. Is the only setting I need to check in Hsphere on the reseller portal: Settings > Notifications > Email Notifications? Any help is appreciated. If I don't get these emails some of my clients will go over and not be happy. Thanks!
 
I've restarted this process responsible for this mailing. Let me know if this fixes it for you, assuming you are a cluster 2 client..
