web 12 timing out

Hi guys

having problems accessing web12 getting a 'connection reset' error and 'connection timed out' when connecting via FTP

Probably just needs a reboot

Web 12 has been extremely unstable this last week timing out, for up to a few hours at a time, during the day.

I'm not sure what the problem is but it is causing me a lot of hassle from my clients who are not happy with the amount of downtime we have been experiencing.

I've created tickets a few times but nothing has been done because the server starts working again after a short while.

Please look into this.
 
We are sorry for the inconvenience and apologize for it.

Due to large number of php process on server, it was not responding at all.
But that issue had already been taken care and web server is working fine. However, we are still monitoring it.

Also, We are in process of migration and we'll do migrate it as soon as possible and you'll not face such issues after migration.
