Does anyone have any suggestions for a good Web-based FTP client that is secure, can be installed on Jodo's servers (reseller acct), and is (ideally) free?

The objective is to allow a customer with a bunch of tech dummies to post documents in a secure folder or two so they can do things like doc reviews and commenting.

The client (RCMP) has extremely strict security and they've used Windows policy to wire off FTP in IE. No software gets installed outside of the standard desktop, leaving out any sort of standard FTP client.

I'm not very familiar with SSL, but if you secured your service domain, couldn't you just use WebShell?

    Example for Web 3:

If you didn't want to give them full access to the domain and just one folder, you could create a custom ftp account and lock them in a folder.

How about a Java based FTP Client?

We have our own Java based FTP Client that does wonders. Now it doesn't load up like a full FTP client, but you can control it via code, uploading, downloading, and so forth.
