Web Site Down

Hello,

My sites on web10 are down and showing a Parellels Hsphere 404 page. I saw Steven mention that web10 had a raid failure and was fixed but site is still down. Please let me know what's happening. Thanks!

We have restored that server, if you still have some errors coming it would be best to open a ticket. It was restored early last evening, and IP migration ran on it early this morning.

Hope you've been well! IP migration, that doesn't sound good. Is this the IP migration for the move to the new DC? I have custom name servers.

This is only effecting my web10 domains. The server status page shows paused as well. I just sent in a ticket as well, CEL-13060-183. Can you check and help me clarify the problem? Thanks!

Hello,

Yes we had to move it to the new datacenter since it went down, however we are doing IP forwarding on the old IPs and it should work unless you are passing some extra strings that are being stripped.

Yesterday I was working tickets when web10 was in limbo up/down and got a numebr of domains on shared and dedicated IPs, I checked at least 10 upon recovery and then ip migration, and all worked, so if it is not working for you it is quite abnormal
