Web11 site down too

A web site on Web 11 is down and Stephen has posted ticket system is down.
Waiting for live chat, can someone check web11 please.

web11 is up, it looks to be just your dedicated IP, we are cehcking

It was indeed just the dedicated IP, which we got fixed up!

btw, no client sites are on this server that is down, it is a server dedicated to the winvps helpdesk, and the sql services of the cerberus desk(as it needs a lot of sql cpu power these days!)

Cerberus is not entirely down, we are working to restore some backups and get the cerberus online first, then I will get the winvps desk back up, but at the time now, we are checking and handling it all via email.

Can you elaborate on what was the problem with the dedicated IP please as it has been working fine for some time? Whim me if you prefer.

cca,

It looks like hsphere or the server unmounted the IP address, which made it not reply. We mounted it and fixed it up.
