Web2/mysql2/helpdesk not accessible

Web2/mysql2 is not accessible over network. We are contacting the DC and will post an update soon.
It also runs our helpdesk, so it is down as well.

The NIC is showing link down, but there is no one in the cage right now for any accident or anything to have happened. WE have a tech on the way to the DC to check the cable link.

Cables replaced and the network link is up now.

We believe that the cable was actually good, we replaced it so we did not have to diagnose the problem and take extra time.
When the NIC was replaced the plug on the end did not snap in properly and therefore came out with vibrations.

This has been resolved and the cable is FULLY in place now.
