web2 server down?

I'm not able to logon my CP, and when I ping and tracert web2-server (web2.magenta-hosting.com), I get "Request Timeout" message.

And I'm not able to make a ticket, because CP is not availbale

Please hlep

The CP will be down for the next 1 hour due to the mail issue announced.

I can ping web2 fine and your site is opening too.
