web9 "max number of clients (100) already connected"

Never seen this before -- trying to FTP to a client site on web9 cluster2, and I keep getting an error message from my FTP client that says " Sorry, the maximum number of allowed clients (100) are already connected."

Now, either there's something really screwed up somewhere, or this is the first time that I've seen jodohost sell too many seats on a server -- and I can't imagine that to be the case. Either way, problem needs fixing.

hrm, seems more to me that there could be some abuse by a user cramming the FTP

checking into it.

There was an user who has estabilished many ftp connections. That issue has been fixed and you must be able to connect with FTP now. Please check.
