weblizer and Awstats Problem

I have a client that countries are not showing for his domian in Awstats or Weblizer. Yogesh said maybe the plugin has not been installed on the server.

Can someone please check this out for me it is Web6.

I checked on Web6 Server, Plugins are installed there. Please provide the domain name in your ticket. We will check that and reply you on ticket.
