I have seen comments in the outage forum about webmail being slow and possibly a limited number of IMAP connections. Lately my clients have started complaining about not being able to connect. I haven't seen anything today about there being an outage so I assume it is a resource issue depending on the number of connections. Can you shead some light on this for me, I need to communicate with my clients.

yeah, there is another thread in the customer only section about this. Put in a ticket when it went off again today. the response back was, webmail is working fine now.

Yeah mate, you not seen it all this time? Pm Stephen with ur customer Hsphere username i think it was, and he will add you. Then you can see the customer only threads. Youv'e got a lot to read too! :tongue:
